Abstract: After the revolution in information technology, the whole world starts to concern whether the biotechnology and its industry can lead the world ecnomy growth or not. China prior develops biotechnology industry as a strategic emerging industry. Basing on analysis of the identities of biotechnology and industry change, this article proposes we should grasp the biotechnology development rule and choose different ways to develop biotechnology industry in China.
