Abstract: In identification of several issues on innovation method, the article concludes that innovation method is the foundation for improving enterprises’ capacity in innovation. Leading of National Technology Innovation Projects and promotion of approach innovation are both very important for building up a national innovation system with Chinese characteristics and for the goal of building a innovative country. It proposes the inclusion of National Technology Innovation Projects and innovation method in national innovation system building through further integration of internal S&T resources.
