79th Report in 2013: International Innovation Survey Review

Abstract: Innovation survey has a quite mature theory and practice foundation in the world. Although China has done some research and practice in this field, China has not formed innovation survey system yet. Based on the summarization of international experience, this paper discusses the standard, mechanism and application of innovation survey and analyses its development trend. It also gives suggestions for China's innovation survey work.
